What are Portable Sleepouts?
Portable sleepouts are commonly used for accommodation purposes. All Mopod Portable sleepouts are built with a wooden timber frame and have a COLORSTEEL Roof installed on the top of the Mopod. Comfort is the most important factor to consider when hiring a portable sleepout. If you’re spending 1/3 of your day in a portable sleepout then it needs to be warm and comfortable.
All Mopod portable sleepouts are fully insulated and have lighting installed on both the interior and exterior. We have optional extras such as internet network cabling, kitchen facilities, and security alarms. We have setup many portable sleepouts in backyards across the country. The minimum size required to install a portable sleepout is 6 by 3 metres wide and 3.5 metres in height.

We have three configurations for our sleepouts for rent:
- Mopod Office: 6.0 m x 2.7 m
- Mopod Bedroom/Studio: 4.8 m x 2.4 m
- Mopod Classroom: 4.8 m x 2.4 m and 6 m x 2.7 m
