How much does it cost to rent a portable office?
Our MU1 office with deck starts at $105 per week.
Upfront, you pay a $100 bond, $100 insurance, $350 for delivery and pick up, and one week’s rent in advance.
That comes to $655. GST is added for commercial use.
What is the minimum rental period?
Six months.
How much space do I need for a portable office?
Ideally, you’ll need an area of 3m x 6m with 3.5m of height clearance. Delivery access must be at least 2.7m wide.
How do you check my site is suitable?
We may ask for photos of your property.
We also look at access on Google Earth, which helps us decide whether a site visit is needed.
How is the office delivered?
By 4×4 vehicle. Delivery and pick up costs $350.
How is the power connected?
Each portable office comes with a 10m or 20m caravan lead and an adapter box that plugs into a standard 3-pin power point.

What happens at the end of my office rental?
We’ll arrange a time that suits you to collect the office.
Can I buy the portable office I’m renting?
Rent to own isn’t a standard option for our portable office rentals. You’re welcome to talk to us about your options at the end of your rental period.
