When Fujifilm New Zealand needed a practical, comfortable and fully insulated office inside their busy warehouse, they turned to Mopod for a solution that could be delivered quickly and fit into a very tight space.

The Challenge: Creating Office Space Inside a Working Warehouse
Fujifilm required an on-site office that would be used for administration tasks and meetings – positioned right where their team needed it most.
The space also had to ensure:
- A warm, comfortable environment in winter
- A cool, ventilated space in summer
- Noise reduction from warehouse activity
- An efficient setup with minimal disruption to operations
Access added an extra complexity. Because of the warehouse layout, the portable office needed to be manoeuvred into place without using a Hiab. Many standard portable buildings aren’t designed for this type of restricted entry.
The Mopod Solution
Mopod supplied a portable office built on a wheeled trailer system – allowing it to be carefully guided into the warehouse and positioned exactly where Fujifilm needed it.
