1. Initial Inquiry
Once you’re on our website and have found the Mopod that suits your needs, simply fill out the contact form or give us a call on 0800-466-763. We’ll ask a few quick questions to understand your site, your intended use, and your timeframe.
2. Site Assessment.
We’ll review your location to ensure access is suitable for delivery. If needed, we may request photos or arrange a quick site visit to confirm everything’s ready for a smooth drop-off. We will check (entrance width minimum 2.7m), trees and overhead power lines, and site position of the Mopod.
3. Booking Confirmation
Once we’ve confirmed the details, we’ll send you a Mopod Rental Agreement to sign, scan and send back. Once we have your information we’ll send you an invoice for the up front fee to be paid before delivery. Once payment has been received we will give you a delivery date and time. No surprises – just clear communication.
4. Delivery & Setup
On the scheduled day, our team will deliver your Mopod directly to your site. Because our cabins are trailer-mounted, setup is quick and clean. We’ll even construct stairs for easy access, install 2 downpipes to the ground, and hook you up to your closest power supply. We’ll position your Mopod exactly where you need it and make sure everything is secure.
5. Ready to Use
Your Mopod arrives clean, functional, and ready to go. Whether it’s a workspace, guest room, classroom or creative studio, you can start using it right away.
